Being slim and fit was all too easy for me most of my life.  It wasn’t hard for me to make pretty good choices when it came to food, and I liked going to the gym, as well.   I never realized how lucky I was.  Before I knew it, my eating habits got bad for a few years, and I no longer enjoyed going to the gym.  Add in working long hours, taking care of family, getting older, and being fit was no longer easy.  My weight and health had gotten to a point I had never experienced before.

I realized I needed to make some lifestyle, eating and exercise changes and realized I wasn’t getting it done on my own.

I consulted with Madeleine, and she put together a nutrition plan and exercise plan for me that wasn’t extreme and that I could follow for the long haul.  It’s been 10 months, my tastebuds have changed to the point that having candy on Halloween and Valentine’s Day didn’t even taste very good to me (I used to have a sweet tooth), and that cupcake I had for a friends birthday yesterday – blah!  With Madeleine’s help, I’m eating right, exercising consistently, and over the last 10 months (During the Pandemic) I lost 40 pounds to get back to where I feel good  and good about myself again.  I couldn’t have done it without Madeleine.  Thank you so much for your guidance and support.
